Vinifera is a wine education centre in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, offering WSET courses in wines and spirits, SSI sake qualifications, and tasting events.
Founded by Cheng Ting Hei (Hei) — a WSET Level 4 Diploma holder, Master of Wine student and WSET Certified Educator with 13 years in the wine industry — we teach in a vivid, stylish classroom for enthusiasts and hospitality professionals. Vinifera has been an accredited provider for nearly 4 years.
